About

KAI is developing List-it – the leading platform for storing, applying, and sharing structured knowledge. Companies are faced with the challenge of documenting and structuring their knowledge, making it readily available to employees use on demand. Existing knowledge is becoming outdated at an accelerating pace; simultaneously, employee turnover and work pressure are on the rise. No one wants to create, read, or keep detailed continuous text up to date. In order to effectively harness (generative) AI systems, high-quality, structured content is essential, allowing companies to maintain (substantive) control over these tools.

The Benefit of Lists

Lists are one of the most simple organizational structures and representations of knowledge. Lists allow an extremely fast perception of knowledge. Lists enable a structured application of this knowledge – whether for simple or complex tasks. Thus, lists are an ideal basis for a powerful knowledge application tool.

Services

List-it includes both a public and a protected area. Users who contribute content choose whether it should be visible and usable by everyone in the public area or accessible only to certain users within a protected area.

Protected Lists

Content intended exclusively for use within an organization or for specific individuals is published in the designated secure area.

Shared Lists

Naturally, you can share content selectively (and, if desired, for a limited time) – for example, for collaborative work with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Public Lists

By making your knowledge available to everyone, you can present it in a format that optimally assists users in its practical application.

The real value of knowledge lies in its application.
